    "I live in Orlando, FL and I've been trying to buy a Mini from any dealer in the U.S. for about 1.5 years. It has been difficult for me during that time as previous dealers just didn't take me seriously, we're rude, or just wouldn't respond to my questions or phone calls. I was close to giving up and buying another car. Then I found Chris Lee at Mini of Montgomery. He made the process so easy. He was very friendly, honest and alleviated any concerns immediately. I special ordered the car and he walked me through the process and made recommendations on the options. Once the car was ordered, he kept me informed each step of the way. He was always available for help or questions, which he gladly answered with his wealth of knowledge. Then Chris went above and beyond. Upon ordering the car, we made plans to fly to the area to pick up the car. However it quickly became clear the car was going to be ready much sooner than I expected. As our luck would have it, we were flying through the area on return from our vacation. Instead of catching our last leg from Dulles to Orlando, Chris volunteered to pick us up from the airport, drive us back to the dealership to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. Did I mention this was late on Sunday night when the dealership was closed? We could not believe the great service! Chris knew we didn't want to stay too long, so quickly explained the paperwork during signing, but still answered any questions for us. Upon getting the car, he helped us load our luggage and then did something wonderful. He patiently explained and demonstrated each feature and even set up our navigation so we could get started on our trip home. Great job Chris!     "I asked for my air filter to be changed--the owner of the car before me was a heavy smoker. I noted after using the aircon the past week that the smell of tobacco coming from the aircon is now STRONGER than it ever was before. I would like someone to check this. Also, since I was not presented with the old air filter (the one that was replaced) I am now a bit suspicious that the thing was actually changed.     "My wife and I took the car in for recall service for my daughter (Owner of the car). The service adviser called me that the car was ready for pick uip around 10:00 am. I went there to pick up the car at 10:35 am and noticed that the car was not washed. My wife had requested the car wash when we dropped off the car, and asked again when I was at the cashier desk reviewing the bill. The response was it was washed. When my wife noticed the car was not washed when she went out to check, she informed the service advisor and was told that she would have the manager to get the car washed right away. Waiting for more than twenty minutes after the payment was made, I went to the car wash area and noticed that our car was standing outside on the lot, so I went ot the service advisor again. She explained that the matter was left with the manager. I went out to the lot and met the manager. He did not respond with a sincere attitude/explanation for his mistake, rather with a very hostile tone We did not leave MINI dealership until 11:40 am. The warning signal came on the day before. I got an appointment immediately.
