    "The car was brought in for warranty work to try to make the drivers seat more comfortable. They replaced the seat cushion. When I received the car, I had to tuck in a portion of the leather on the bottom of the seat. Also, now the leather rubs the plastic under/beside my left leg when I shift. Then, the first time I called the dealership, it rang into some Passport Dealership in PG County. I called a different number for the dealership that I got from directory assistance and the receptionist transferred me to service which was a recording that did not allow me to leave a message. I called back and asked for Mr. Rodriguez, the service manager, and was put on old for 17 minutes. I called back and some man answered the phone this time and said that Mr. Rodriguez was not there. All in all, it took FIVE phone calls to get to speak with Kristen, my service advisor. When I made the appointment they asked what the problem was and I should have been told at that time that the car was designed without a light.
