LOANER: If a loaner car is available, Passport MINI will provide a car for the time necessary to service your vehicle.
RENTAL: If loaners are not available, Passport MINI will connect you with a local car rental based on availability.
RIDE-SHARE: Passport MINI offers ride-sharing options for service customers, such as Uber or Lyft. For qualifying repairs*, we offer complimentary rides within 10 miles of the dealership!

At MINI, our commitment to quality, durability and customer satisfaction is clearly demonstrated by the 4-year/50,000-mile MINI New Passenger Car Limited Warranty and a 12-year/unlimited-mileage warranty against rust perforation. And we’re not just talking about a couple key parts of your MINI. Our warranty covers everything, bumper to bumper and everything in between, except the tires.†
All model year 2019 and 2020 MINI vehicles and newer sold or leased by an authorized MINI dealer come standard with Complimentary Scheduled MINI Maintenance for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. Only the following maintenance items are included with Complimentary Scheduled MINI Maintenance when they are performed as outlined in the vehicle’s Maintenance booklet: Engine oil and filter, Brake fluid, Cabin microfilter, Engine air filter, Spark plugs and Remote control key battery
NON-TRANSFERABILITY: Complimentary Scheduled MINI Maintenance program is an exclusive benefit that applies to the initial purchaser, owner, or lessee of a new vehicle, sales demonstrator vehicle, Aftersales Mobility Program vehicle, or BMW Group company vehicle from an authorized MINI dealer in the United States (including Puerto Rico). Coverage is not transferable to subsequent purchasers, owners, or lessees. The sole exception to the non-transferability of coverage is that household transfers – transfers within the United States (including Puerto Rico) to members of the household of the initial purchaser, owner, or lessee of a MINI vehicle from an authorized MINI dealer – will not terminate coverage. Household transfers are limited solely to transfers to a current or former spouse or spousal equivalent, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild from the initial purchaser, owner, or lessee of a vehicle. MINI TAKES THE STATES (MTTS) 2022, the legendary MINI owners rally hosted by MINI USA, kicked off this weekend from Farr’s Field in Waterbury, Vermont. Over the next five days, over 2,000 MINI owners with over 600 MINI Cooper vehicles from across the model range will explore a total of nine states and eight cities, raising money for Best Friends Animal Society, a leading animal welfare organization dedicated to ending the euthanizing of dogs and cats in American animal shelters by 2025. The kickoff also marks the debut of the MINI Motoring Club of America (MMCA), a new national MINI car club for MINI owners and enthusiasts open to MINI owners from across the country.
Making its return after four years, the biennial MTTS trek will cover more than 1,700 miles in total. MINI owners will be traveling down an inland route from Vermont to South Carolina on state and county roads, stopping in eight cities along the way, with more than 80 pets and their owners coming along for the ride.

Every MINI needs regular oil changes. With the MINI Maintenance Oil Services program, you’ll receive 3 years of unlimited oil and oil filter changes, based on your MINI’s Condition Based Service (CBS) system, for one fixed price of $199.
Eligibility: The program is open to MINIs that have reached 60 months or 60,000 miles, and are not currently covered by MINI Maintenance+ coverage.
All work is performed at authorized MINI Dealers, by MINI Trained Technicians, using only MINI Original Engine Oil and Parts. Ask your MINI Service Advisor for more information about MINI Maintenance Oil Services and the range of MINI Maintenance Plans for every stage of your MINI’s journey.

All work is carried out by MINI Trained Technicians using MINI Original Parts, which come with a two-year unlimited mileage limited warranty. Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original limited warranty period for the vehicle or a part thereof.
