It was thanks to John Cooper’s commitment that a more powerful model variant of the revolutionary small car came onto the market just two years after the classic Mini was introduced in 1959. Through donations, MINI will support the American Immigration Council to help further their mission. The Council is a nonpartisan, non-profit that believes immigrants are a vital part of our national fabric.
